What's Included in the Booking:

• 3 Ampere (700 Watt) electricity for camper pitches
• Parking for your camper, caravan, or tent setup
• Parking for 1 car
• Use of campsite facilities (hot showers, toilets, laundry area, dishwashing area)
• Use of the Wi-Fi network

Additional services available for a fee:

• Access to the heated outdoor pool (prices available on the pool page)
• Massage service
• 3 Ampere (700 Watt) electricity for tent pitches, for which it is not included
• Coin-operated laundry (washing machine, dryer)
• Access for day guests to your pitch

Minimum Stay and Included Guests:

• Depending on the season, bookings require a minimum stay and include 2 to 3 people per pitch.
• If the number of guests exceeds the included amount, an additional fee for each extra guest can be paid.

Payment Policy 💳

• The full amount must be paid at the time of booking
• Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment

Cancellation / Modification Policy ⚠️

• Up to 15 days before the arrival date: free cancellation with full refund
• From 14 to 2 days before the arrival date: refund of 50% of the total stay amount
• From the day before the arrival date: no refund will be given

• No-show: no refund will be given
• Early departure: no refund will be given for any unused nights
• Late arrival: no refund will be given for any unused nights

Any changes to the booking are subject to the same conditions as cancellations.

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay in case of cancellation, early departure, late arrival, or changes subject to a penalty.

This Regulation defines the rules of conduct, access, use of facilities and services, as well as the obligations and prohibitions applicable within the premises of Camping Alleghe.

For matters not expressly covered by this Regulation, the applicable legal provisions in force shall apply.
Camping Alleghe reserves the right to remove guests who fail to comply with the rules of this Regulation without any refund.

Article 4

• Check-in and Check-out Times
  • Check-in time: 12:00–12:30 / 15:00–19:00
  • Check-out time: by 12:00. Any stay beyond the scheduled time will be charged as an additional night.

  Quiet Hours
  At all times, behaviors, activities, games, and the use of equipment that may disturb Camping guests must be avoided.

  • Quiet hours: 13:30–15:00 and 23:00–07:00.
    During quiet hours, arrivals and departures, vehicle entry, exit, and circulation (after 23:30 in the evening), as well as tent assembly and disassembly, are prohibited.
    Guests needing to return to the campsite after 23:30 must leave their car or vehicle in the external parking lot at the entrance until the following morning.

  Reception Hours
  The Reception is open from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

  Swimming Pool Hours
  The heated outdoor pool (summer season) is open from 10:00 to 19:00 and requires an additional fee. Prices are available on the price list.

Admission

Dogs are allowed exclusively on camper and caravan pitches (not in the tent area), with a maximum of one dog per pitch. The presence of the dog must be declared at the time of booking.

Camping Alleghe reserves the right to:

• refuse dogs considered dangerous or reported as such;

• refuse additional dogs if the total number of animals already present is deemed excessive and may compromise the tranquillity and well-being of the property and its guests.

Leash Policy

• Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the premises. If the dog is left in the area outside the camper/caravan, it must be tied. The leash length must not allow the dog to reach neighboring pitches.

Common Areas

• Dogs are not allowed in the following common areas: restrooms, gathering huts, playgrounds, swimming pool and pool bar, indoor bar, and reception.

Hygiene

• Dogs must be taken outside the Camping perimeter for their needs. Owners are required to immediately clean up after their dogs.

Walking Restrictions

• Walking dogs within the Camping area is not allowed unless heading toward one of the exits.

Respect for Others

• Owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other Camping guests.

Liability

• The customer is solely responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by their pet to people, property, or other animals within the premises.
• The customer agrees to supervise their pet with the utmost diligence, taking all necessary measures to prevent harm or disturbance, including compliance with the internal regulations of the premises and applicable pet-related laws.
• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Camping Alleghe harmless from any claims, damage compensation requests, or actions brought by third parties resulting from behaviors or incidents caused by their pet.

• Use of Services (Art. 3)
  The services available on the premises (e.g., restrooms, showers, etc.) are exclusively for the use of the customers.
  Unauthorized access may constitute a breach of public security regulations and a violation under Article 614 of the Italian Penal Code (trespassing).
• Registration, Access, and Liability (Art. 2)
  • Anyone wishing to enter the premises must obtain authorization from Camping Alleghe and present a valid ID before entry.
  • Upon arrival, the Customer must report to the reception for registration, providing the length of stay and the full details of Included Members and/or any Guests.
  • The Customer is jointly liable with Included Members and/or any Guests for any damage they may cause to property or persons. The Customer indemnifies Camping Alleghe from any costs, direct and/or indirect damages, expenses (including legal fees), liabilities, or adverse consequences arising from actions or omissions attributable to the Customer, Included Members, or Guests resulting from their failure to comply with obligations under the Agreement and this Annex.

  Guests are required to present their ID at the reception and enter on foot. Camping Alleghe grants a free pass valid for one (1) hour upon registration, during which the IDs will remain at the reception until departure. If the stay exceeds one hour, the applicable fee listed below will be charged. The Client ensures that Guests are authorized by Camping Alleghe and is responsible for their behavior.

  The Service and the assigned pitch are granted to the Customer strictly on a personal basis and solely for the use of the Users. The Customer is expressly prohibited, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from Camping Alleghe, from:

  (i) subletting, lending, granting the use or enjoyment of the pitch and/or caravan, in any capacity, whether for consideration or free of charge, to persons other than the Users;

  (ii) using the pitch and/or caravan, in whole or in part, for short-term tourist rentals, paid accommodation or any other commercial purpose, including through online platforms (by way of example, Airbnb, Booking and similar platforms);

  (iii) allowing access to or overnight stays in the Premises by third parties who have not been registered.

• Pitch Assignment (Art. 5)
  Camping Alleghe is solely authorized to assign pitches. Caravans, campers, and tents must be positioned according to staff instructions. Camping Alleghe reserves the right to deny access to unsuitable individuals or materials.
  Modifications to pitches or the construction of structures are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.

• Rules of Conduct (Art. 8)
  All guests are required to maintain civil and respectful behavior, avoiding excessive noise, shouting, offensive language, as well as the emission of smoke or unpleasant odors.
  • Restrooms and communal showers must be left clean after use. Sinks designated for dishwashing or laundry cannot be used for personal hygiene.
  • Facilities and equipment within the premises are available for all guests and must not be altered or used for purposes other than their original intent.
  • Order, cleanliness, and the proper functioning of common areas rely on the civil behavior of all users. Clothing and conduct should always be appropriate to avoid discomfort to others.

  Prohibitions:

  • Digging holes or trenches in the ground.
  • Driving nails or similar objects into trees.
  • Lighting open fires.
  • Using open-flame barbecues.
  • Pouring oil, fuel, boiling liquids, saltwater, or waste liquids onto the ground.
  • Emptying wastewater or chemical toilets outside designated areas.
  • Washing cars, motorcycles, or campers within the premises.
  • Growing gardens, vegetable patches, or flowerbeds.
  • Filling pools or engaging in unauthorized water games.
  • Washing dishes or laundry outside designated sinks.
  • Stretching wires, setting up fences, installing shading tarps, tying or anchoring objects to plants, stretching ropes at head height, or installing anything that could pose a danger or obstruction without explicit written authorization from Camping Alleghe.

  Minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

  Vehicle Circulation and Parking (Art. 10)

  • Only the Customer’s vehicles are allowed within the premises, limited to one per pitch and parked in the area assigned by Camping Alleghe.
  • A second vehicle may enter only if space is available, with prior authorization and a fee of €5.00 per day.
  • Vehicle circulation within the premises is restricted to entry/exit and loading/unloading purposes, always at a walking pace. Keeping the engine running while parked is prohibited.
  • Empty pitches cannot be used for parking or storage.
  • Vehicle circulation is prohibited during quiet hours.

  Waste Disposal (Art. 11)

  • Littering inside or outside the premises is strictly prohibited. Waste must be collected in closed bags and deposited in the designated bins.
  • Recycling is mandatory: separate paper, glass/plastic/cans, non-recyclable waste, organic waste, and batteries into their respective containers.
  • Chemical toilets and wastewater must be emptied at designated points. For bulky waste, please contact Camping Alleghe.

Fire Prevention (Art. 18)

• It is recommended to install a carbon monoxide detector and to have a fire extinguisher onboard the caravan.
• Open flames are strictly prohibited. Only gas barbecues are allowed, under the full responsibility of the Customer, who must take all necessary precautions to prevent fires.

Precautions and Rules for Proper Use of LPG Cylinders and Gas Systems (Art. 19)

• Those who purchase, own, or use LPG cylinders are responsible for their proper use and must rely on qualified personnel for correct installation, adhering to all current regulations and technical standards (e.g., UNI-1949; UNI-7131).
• The Customer must ensure that the system is in perfect working order and defect-free, seeking the assistance of specialized technicians if necessary.
• Each pitch may have a maximum of 75 kg of LPG.
• Cylinders must be connected to the appliance with compliant hoses and fittings (e.g., UNI-7140), positioned vertically, kept away from heat sources, and protected from sunlight in a covered box.
• If a gas odor is detected, the area must be ventilated, the valve closed, sparks avoided, and Camping Alleghe immediately notified without delay.
• Hoses must be replaced every 5 years or within the shorter timeframe required by law.
• Empty cylinders must be returned and never left unattended.

Electrical Energy (Art. 20)

• Electrical systems must be managed and maintained in compliance with all applicable regulations and technical standards.
• The supplied electricity is guaranteed up to a maximum of 3 Amperes (3A).
• Cables, plugs, and electrical connections must comply with current regulations and be correctly installed. The Customer is responsible for their proper use and must ensure the system is in good condition and operational. For new installations or maintenance, it is recommended to consult qualified technicians.
• Electrical appliances must not be left on or in standby mode during the Customer's prolonged absence.
• The Customer is liable for any damage to people or property caused by non-compliance with safety standards, malfunctions, negligence, or manufacturing defects in their electrical connections, thereby indemnifying Camping Alleghe from any liability.
• Upon arrival, the Customer must request activation of electricity, and upon departure, deactivation. Under no circumstances may appliances be left on when the Customer is not present at their pitch.

Limitation of Liability for Extraordinary Events and External Circumstances (Art. 6)
Camping Alleghe assumes no responsibility for the deterioration, destruction, or theft of vehicles and/or items left in them (including caravans) by the Customer, Included Members, or Guests.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Camping Alleghe disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages suffered by the Customer, Included Members, and/or Guests arising from:
a) Non-compliance with the provisions of Annex 1 and Annex 2.
b) Other guests of Camping Alleghe.
c) Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, theft, etc.).
d) Causes not attributable to Camping Alleghe.
e) Improper or non-compliant use of facilities, services, and common areas (e.g., restrooms, showers, playgrounds, parking lots, swimming pools, etc.).
f) Negligent or reckless behavior by the Customer, Included Members, or third parties.
g) Interruptions to electricity, water, or other similar services.

Campsite Maintenance (Art. 7)
If Camping Alleghe needs to carry out ordinary or extraordinary maintenance work (urgent or otherwise) at the assigned pitch, the Customer hereby consents to the removal of personal property and items present on the pitch, authorizing Camping Alleghe to proceed accordingly.
Camping Alleghe may assign another pitch to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that, in the event of reassignment, they will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from Camping Alleghe.

Use of Wi-Fi Service (Art. 9)
Camping Alleghe provides free Wi-Fi access without guaranteeing a minimum bandwidth, continuity, or service speed. The connection is offered "as is," with no liability for interruptions, slowdowns, or malfunctions.

Users must use the network in compliance with applicable laws, avoiding illegal activities (e.g., unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, harmful or offensive content, or unauthorized access to computer systems).
Camping Alleghe assumes no responsibility for data traffic generated by users or for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Wi-Fi usage, including viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

Camping Alleghe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wi-Fi service at any time and without notice for technical, maintenance, or other reasons, with no obligation for compensation.
