What are the prices?
We invite you to use our online booking tool to check the updated prices for your chosen period.
How can I book?
Reservations can only be made online. To check prices and availability, or to make an immediate booking, use the 'Book' button on our website.
If you have any questions about your booking, don't hesitate to contact us - we'll be happy to help you finalise your next holiday.
Can I book more than one pitch at the same time?
No, the system allows you to book only one pitch at a time.
If you’d like to reserve multiple pitches, simply repeat the booking process for each one.
If you’re travelling with friends and would like pitches close to each other, please mention it in the booking notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, although it cannot be guaranteed.
If you want to make sure that all the pitches you’d like to book are available, please contact us before making your reservation. We’ll be happy to check availability for you.
Can I book for just one night?
During peak periods a minimum stay policy may apply. If you wish to stay for a shorter period than that specified during the booking process, you will not be able to make a reservation.
You can check for last-minute availability online the day before your arrival or directly at the campsite. However, without a reservation we cannot guarantee availability as the campsite may already be fully booked.
Can I come without a reservation?
Yes, you can, but availability is not guaranteed. If there are pitches available, they will be allocated in the order of arrival. If the campsite is full, you may find alternative facilities within a 15-30 minute drive.
Can I use the camper service if I am not a guest?
The campervan water disposal service is available only to campsite guests. We do not offer this service to external visitors.
Can I use the campsite showers if I am not a guest?
The use of showers and all campsite facilities is reserved exclusively for campsite guests.
Is the swimming pool included in the stay?
The swimming pool is not included in the stay. This allows you the flexibility to decide when to use it, considering adverse weather conditions or other factors. Check our price list on the pool section.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed (one per pitch) on camper and caravan pitches only; they are not permitted in the tent area. Please indicate if you are bringing a dog when booking.
Dogs must always be kept on a lead and are not permitted in communal areas such as the toilets, playground, swimming pool and reception. They must be taken outside the campsite to relieve themselves, and any mess must be cleaned up immediately.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to dogs deemed dangerous, or to limit further admissions if the number of animals present is considered excessive.
DO YOU OFFER SHADED PITCHES?
The pitches are mainly sunny, we do not offer pitches in the shade.
WHAT IS THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY?
The connection is up to 3 amps (700 Watt).
Can I use a charcoal barbecue or light a campfire at the campsite?
No. Local authorities prohibit the use of any type of open flame within the campsite. This means that charcoal barbecues, campfires, and any other devices that produce uncontrolled flames are not allowed.
Cooking is only permitted with controlled-flame appliances, such as gas barbecues, used safely and only in designated areas, in accordance with current safety regulations.
CAN I GET HERE BY BUS?
Yes, from Belluno bus station take Dolomitibus line 3. The bus stop is right in front of the campsite entrance.
WHAT KIND OF PITCHES DO YOU HAVE?
- Gravel pitches for campers, caravans or large tents
- Grass pitches for small tents
Do the pitches have electricity and water connections?
The pitches have electricity connections but there is no direct water supply or drainage.
Do you have a Water Refill and Wastewater Disposal Station?
Yes, our campsite offers a dedicated station for refilling potable water and emptying wastewater tanks, ensuring speed, safety, and hygiene for your RV/campervan.
IS THERE A MARKET IN THE CAMPSITE?
No, we do not have an internal shop or market.
The nearest one to get bread and groceries is about 1.5 km away: Coop Alleghe.
WHERE CAN I RENT A BIKE?
The nearest bike rental is in the town centre, about 1.5 km away.
CAN I WALK TO THE LAKE AND THE CENTRE OF ALLEGHE?
Yes, there is an illuminated footpath that connects the campsite directly to the lake (500m away) and to the town centre (1.5km away). Once you have reached the lake, you can continue along the same path until you reach the town centre.
IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite.
IS THERE A LAUNDRY?
Yes, there is a laundry area with coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
- Check-in: 12:00-13:30 and 15:00-19:00
- Check-out: by 12:00
How can I protect my booking in case of unexpected events?
We always recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
In case of unexpected events, the conditions of the selected rate may provide for penalties or the charge of the full stay, as indicated in the booking confirmation email.
To protect the amount paid and travel with greater peace of mind, we recommend activating travel insurance.
